Return and Refund Policy

Please be acknowledged that cosmetic companies do not usually accept returns and refunds. However, we would like to provide you with a superb customer service. Please see our policy as set forth below.

I. If you are dissatisfied with the product(s), you can receive a refund for all unopened products you return. We accept a return of unopened product(s) within 30 days after the date you received the product(s). Products returned after 30 days will not receive a refund. We will refund your purchase price minus shipping fee.

To comply with credit card companies’ Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP), credit transactions must be submitted within 90 days of the original transaction.

If you order more than 1 product and return part of your order, you will be charged for the unreturned product(s) at the price normally charged for the product(s).

II. If the product(s) is defective by us or our mistake, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price plus shipping fee.

Order Cancellation Policy
This includes multiple submissions of the same order where your credit card is charged more than once. You will be charged 3% of the product price. When you cancel an order, we are still charged a fee. We will credit your credit card the order amount minus 3% of the product price. If your order has already been shipped, we do not refund shipping costs.
